The Sea District is the flagship project of the Hadera Municipality for the development of the city’s coastal area, covering an area of approximately 600 dunams, between Givat Olga and Nahal Hadera. This is an approved plan (1/2020), which is intended to create a new urban district with thousands of housing units, commercial and tourist areas, a 2.5 km long coastal promenade and a large coastal park.
The complex includes planning for approximately 10,000 housing units and over 1,000 hotel rooms, with an emphasis on integrative urban development that includes employment, educational institutions, green spaces and paths connecting the district to the rest of the city. The district will also benefit from high transport accessibility thanks to its proximity to the coastal road and the Hadera West train station.
Although the land has not yet been cleared for construction, the municipal plan and the government’s commitment to establishing a high-quality coastal district make the place a promising investment destination for investors who are looking to the future.
