The Nat/1000 complex constitutes Netanya’s largest and most significant planned employment area — approximately 5,200 dunams in the east of the city, including thousands of dunams of advanced employment, commercial and business areas. The plan, which was approved in early 2024 at the initiative of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and the Netanya Municipality, allows for accelerated advancement of plans for several sub-areas in the urban NAMA.
The planning includes the development of up to 8 million square meters of urban building space — parks, commerce, employment centers, integrated transportation infrastructure and recreation areas — so that the Nat/1000 complex will become a central urban employment intersection, with high-quality connections to transportation routes, between the train stations and the roads that carry the metropolis.
The planning reality that nestles in the area, together with its strategic location and the approved status of the plan, make the Nat/1000 complex a strategic investment that contributes to the future of the city.
