The Herzliya North complex is located at the northern end of the city of Herzliya, near the Hsira Interchange, and is defined as one of the main land reserves remaining for quality urban development in the demand area. This is land that is being promoted in the 3006 National Development Plan, initiated by the Israel Land Authority, on the fast track of the National Development Plan.
The planning includes the construction of approximately 10,000 housing units, hundreds of thousands of square meters for employment and commerce, green lungs, paths and a modern urban avenue that will form a connection between the city center and the north. The plan also includes an integrative transportation complex that will be connected to the metro line, the Israel Railways line and advanced public transportation.
The land has not yet been decommissioned but is largely defined as state land, with advanced planning and a clear national interest in promoting it within the framework of the government’s goals for expanding the housing supply in the center of the country.
