Pi Glilot – Tel Aviv

The Pi Glilot complex is located in northern Tel Aviv, between Ramat Aviv and Herzliya, and is considered one of the most central and prestigious land reserves in the Dan Bloc. The complex covers approximately 1,870 dunams of state land, which was previously an active fuel site, and was converted into a residential, employment and recreational district through comprehensive planning.

The plan, promoted within the framework of the 3007 Master Plan, includes the construction of approximately 19,000 housing units, employment areas, commercial centers, public institutions and a large-scale coastal park. The emphasis in the planning is on accessibility, quality of life and a green environment, with connections to the Israel Railways, the future metro and main roads such as 2, 5 and 20.

The land has not yet been cleared for construction, but the detailed planning has been approved for deposit, and the Ministry of Housing is leading the promotion of the development with the various government ministries – making the complex one of the strategic areas for future investment.
