The North Ben Yehuda complex is located in the northern part of Kfar Saba, between Ben Yehuda Street and Moshav Tzufit, and constitutes the central urban land reserve for development in the coming years. This is private agricultural land, included in the 3014 National Development Plan, which was declared a preferred housing complex by the state.
The planning includes the construction of approximately 12,000 housing units, alongside commercial and employment areas, public institutions, community parks and green paths – as part of a new neighborhood that is planned to integrate into the urban fabric and main transportation routes. The complex is being promoted as part of a large-scale planning process, designed to respond to the growing demand for housing in the Sharon region.
The land has not yet been unfrozen, but the advanced planning, the significant scope of construction and the strategic location of the complex position North Ben Yehuda as a realistic investment opportunity with a clear planning horizon.
