The Blue Beach complex is one of the most prestigious land reserves in Israel, located in southwest Herzliya, between the Nof Yam neighborhood and Tel Aviv. The plan, also known as Har/2200/A, includes approximately 12,000 housing units, hundreds of hotel rooms, commercial centers, public institutions, green spaces, and community parks. Most of the land in the complex is private and zoned for agriculture, but the plan is in the advanced detailed planning stages, with approval of a general outline plan. Thanks to its prestigious location, proximity to the sea, and transportation accessibility, this is one of the complexes with the highest potential for improvement in Israel.
